We start by combining fresh ingredients with our "old-fashioned" Cider Mill recipe. Our big mixer mixes everything together.

Then the doughnut mixture passes through a special machine which shapes them just right and begins the cooking process.

Halfway through, a special "flipper" turns the doughnut over to cook the other side.
|

The doughnuts move off the cooking section and tenderly drop down to the cooling rack.
|

On the cooling rack the doughnuts circle about until they have cooled.
|

Then our baker takes the doughnuts and adds special extras...like powdered sugar, cinnamon or chocolate!
