We start by using some of the world’s finest apples and we begin the process by sorting them.

We then move the apples into our apple washer. Here each apple is washed and cleaned thoroughly.

The apples are then chopped and collected in a bin where they will be then transferred into our apple press.

The apple press squeezes the apples with over 1000 pounds of pressure. And now you can see the cider!
